F45 Ontario Sweat in Solidarity with the BLM Movement

Join F45 Training and owners, trainers, and members across Ontario as we take a collective stand against racism and Sweat in Solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement. We will not be silent - not today, not tomorrow, not ever.
Event Schedule (approximate):
10:05 - 10:25: Guest Speaker Chris Studer from The Get Real Movement
10:25 - 11:10: F45 45-Minute Cardio focused workout
11:10 - 11:20: Guided Meditation & Reflection by Brit McQuarrie
Chris Studer, Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Get Real Movement, will be joining us as a special guest speaker. He will share his personal experiences as well as the work he and his organization do to combat prejudice and discrimination within schools, camps and workplaces. He will also highlight important information and statistics relevant to the cause. We are lucky to have Chris speaking to us and sharing his valuable insights.
Trainers from four F45 studios across the province will get us sweating the best way we know how - with a 45 minute HIIT workout!
Once the workout is complete, we will partake in a post-workout reflection. F45 Trainer and Meditation Teacher Brit McQuarrie will guide us through a meditation as part of this reflection.
